The greatest difficulty in helping organizations make a transition through change is responding to individual differences. Some employees relish change; others fear even the smallest changes. In addition, existing interpersonal conflicts are exacerbated by change, increasing anger, grief, resistance and paralysis. Adapting to change (sometimes called "surviving change"), is an approach that blends venting, humor and creative employee problem-solving.

 

How to Use MindFrames

Adapting to Change is a ½ day or full day workshop for each group of participants. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.
