The sources of conflict are many and the effects are universal – miserable employees and sabotaged productivity. Conflict resolution consulting begins with a thorough understanding of the true extent of the problems. Employees at the center of the conflict may be responding to factors other than "each other." Interdepartmental conflicts are frequent. This work may require one-on-one mediations, followed up with larger group teambuilding sessions.

 

How to Use MindFrames
