(analogous to "I.Q.") rises when he or she learns how to "read" others, how to motivate, how to persuade others, how to give feedback in a way that can be heard, and how to truly involve others in decision-making. For those experienced in formal training but who still feel a need to learn methods of coping with the complexities of human behavior, Emotional Intelligence embodies significant psychological research and skill-building.

 

How to Use MindFrames

This is a 2-day training workshop that also includes pre-work (prior to the workshop) and post-work. Participant numbers are limited to 12 per workshop.
