WHAT WE DO

Team Building EXECUTIVE COACHING Leadership

Adapting to Change

This often grows out of previous consulting work, such as Conflict Resolution or Teambuilding. Leaders find value in sharing their concerns and ideas with a facilitator who knows the team and the situation. Leaders, like their employees, also need to monitor their own behavior, so that the organization reinforces new behavior from the top down.

How to Use MindFrames

Once a consulting relationship has been established, executive coaching is available in whatever increments and form the client considers helpful. For example, a new manager with good people skills could benefit from two-hour sessions weekly for three months (twelve hours total ) - on issues such as communicating by e-mail, facilitating staff meetings and providing coaching to staff members. Experienced managers who face reorganizations or major process changes can also benefit from executive coaching.
