We involve young, as well as seasoned, leaders in the process of
self-examination. We assess the attitudes, behaviors, biases, perspectives and experiences
that have an impact on their employees, peers and supervisors. We critique their
communication and managerial styles against a backdrop of tested theories and leadership
models that will succeed in the twenty-first century.
How to Use MindFrames
Leadership training is available in 2, 3, or 5-day sessions. It is limited to groups of
15 participants or less. It can be conducted on-site or in a retreat environment.
