The consulting work necessary for quality teambuilding begins by gaining an impression of the team, and of the organizational climate, through employee interviews. This impression becomes the basis for a flexible structure designed to achieve changes in employee attitudes and behaviors. Reaching each individual, as well as the group as a whole, is key. When this occurs, suspicion, apathy, self-centeredness and low productivity are replaced by energy, enthusiasm and more careful communication.

 

How to Use MindFrames

Teambuilding consulting is available in ½ day, 1 day and multiple day increments. Participant size is usually limited to 20 at a time. Sometimes a ½ day follow-up session is recommended for increased accountability.
